There's a mystique surrounding purebred Black Angus Cattle, a breed developed generations ago in Scotland. Tracing the lineage of our local Angus back over two centuries, we run only Angus-based cattle on our farm, and select only the finest quality Black Angus beef, from other producers. Our state-of-the-art processing plant enables us to harvest only USDA quality beef, going above and beyond the AAA criteria in marketing, maturity and fat content. Attention to detail allows us to maintain consistency, more than justifying the claim that this is the finest, most tender, delicious Angus beef available.
