We at Akers Aged Beef feel our advantage is that from pasture to platter, we have control of all aspects of our farm raised product. Our control starts with backgrounding our cattle on a special ration that is consistently fed every season. As a result our customers receive the same good quality beef in each and every shipment. By Dry Aging both our farm raised product and the highest quality Black Angus beef from other producers, it makes it far more tender and juicy in comparison to the "day to day" shelf beef offered at many markets. This "old world Process" of Dry Aging may be more costly, but yields a fabulous texture and flavor that comes only from the Dry Aging process. Our products are dry aged from 21-30 days so you, our customers can taste some of the best quality beef raised anywhere.
All of our steaks are hand cut, and are quality controlled prior to our customers consuming them. As an all natural product, we are proud to offer the Akers name on all our products.
